1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
1 cup of fresh salsa
½ cup of guacamole
¼ cup of chopped cilantro
Instructions
Begin by marinating your chicken breasts. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
While the chicken marinates, preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
Once the grill is ready, place the marinated chicken breasts on it. Grill for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for an additional 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
While the chicken rests, chop your vegetables and gather your burrito filling ingredients.
For assembling, place a tortilla on a flat surface. Layer the sliced grilled chicken, cheese, salsa, guacamole, and cilantro in the center.
Fold the sides over the filling, then roll it from the bottom up, tucking it tightly.
Cut your burrito in half for easy eating and serve with additional salsa and guacamole.
