Savor the flavor of irresistibly grilled Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers perfect for BBQs or weeknight dinners A musttry savory delight
Ingredients
Scale
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup ranch seasoning mix (homemade or store-bought)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil for a healthier choice)
1 teaspoon black pepper
Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning)
Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well blended.
Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
While the chicken marinates, preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F). If using a grill pan, lightly oil it to prevent sticking.
Once the chicken is marinated, thread the chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning them occasionally until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
