1.5 cups of milk
2 large eggs

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well-blended. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently just until the batter is smooth.
Add a few drops of green food coloring to the batter and mix well to ensure an even color throughout.
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Using a ladle, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the heated skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, around 2-3 minutes.
Once bubbles pop, flip the pancake and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Stack the pancakes on a plate and garnish with whipped cream, green sprinkles, or fresh fruits.
