  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup of rice (white or brown), uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
