1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Whole wheat burger buns
Fresh spinach or arugula
Sliced tomatoes and cucumbers
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, crumbled feta cheese, parsley, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Avoid over-mixing.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4-inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
