  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 of Yellow Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1 of Bell Pepper, diced
  • 2 cups of Spinach, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
  • To taste of Salt
  • To taste of Black Pepper
