1 cup of brown rice
2 cups of water or vegetable broth
1/2 cup of fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions
Begin by rinsing your brown rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
