  • Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, chopped rosemary, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  • Pour the frothy yeast mixture and ¼ cup of olive oil into the dry ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon until it starts to come together into a dough.
  • Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
  • Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
  • Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with olive oil.
  • Once the dough has risen, punch it down gently and transfer it to the prepared baking pan. Stretch the dough to fit the pan, creating dimples.
  • Cover the dough again and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
