1 cup of Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
1 can (13.5 oz) of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of mixed berries
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and swell.
