  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (melted)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or line with mini muffin liners.
