8 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (about 4 cups of meat)
2 cups egg noodles or your choice of pasta
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
