1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1–2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust according to spice preference)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: sesame seeds, for garnish
Optional substitution: maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan version
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim the ends. Halve each sprout.
In a bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, add the Brussels sprouts and pour the honey sriracha mixture over them. Toss well.
Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
