  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

  • Step 1: Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 2: In one bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. In another bowl, place the all-purpose flour. Dredge the chicken pieces in flour, dip them in the eggs, and then coat them again with flour.
