1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
12 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
