  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (for cooking)
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce (sugar-free, for serving)

  • Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well but gently to keep the meatballs tender.
  • Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and sear them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown, or bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes.
