Description
Savor Lavender Honey Truffles infused with white choc. A heavenly treat for choc lovers at Bakers Table—perfect for gifting or personal indulgence!
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup of white chocolate chips
1/2 cup of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of dried lavender buds
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream and dried lavender buds. Heat gently over medium heat until just simmering. Remove from heat and let steep for about 15-20 minutes.
Strain the infused cream into another bowl to remove the lavender buds. Add the white chocolate chips to the warm cream and stir until melted and smooth.
Add honey and a pinch of salt to the chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined and let cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes until firm enough to handle. Form into small, bite-sized balls using a small cookie scoop or hands.
Roll the truffles in unsweetened cocoa powder. For garnish, sprinkle a few dried lavender buds on top.
Refrigerate the coated truffles for an additional 30 minutes. Once set, enjoy!
