2 tablespoons, chopped of fresh parsley
2 cloves, minced of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
4 large tortillas (whole wheat or gluten-free)
1 cup of mixed greens or arugula
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken – Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well to create a marinade. Add chicken breasts, coat well, cover, and marinate for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
