1 ½ cups of gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup of unsalted butter (melted)
1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup of shredded coconut
½ cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the crust, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the semisweet chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts (if using) over the top.
