9 sheets of whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 cup of ricotta cheese
2 cups of spinach (fresh or frozen)
2 cups of marinara sauce
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 lb of ground turkey or beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and chop your garlic.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Combine ricotta, spinach, half of mozzarella and Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
In a baking dish, layer marinara, noodles, meat mixture, ricotta filling, and more sauce, finishing with noodles and remaining cheese.
Cover and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Let cool for 30 minutes before slicing. Store in airtight containers as desired.
