2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
2 large eggs
½ cup of milk
⅓ cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of fresh cranberries
½ cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk and vegetable oil. Mix until fully emulsified.
