1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, around 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour, stirring constantly for about 1 minute until it turns golden. Gradually add the milk, whisking to avoid lumps. Cook until the sauce thickens and bubbles, about 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until fully melted and combined. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
