2 cups (400g) of sugar
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 cups (360g) of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
1 cup (240ml) of milk
1 ½ cups (250g) of fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract.
