4 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup of long grain rice
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of butter
4 cloves of minced garlic
2 cups of chicken broth
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 medium diced onion
Sliced green onions for garnish
Black pepper to taste
Step 1: Season the chicken thighs with black pepper evenly.
Step 2: Melt half of the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
