2 cups of macaroni pasta
1 lb of ground beef or turkey
2 tablespoons of taco seasoning
3 cups of chicken broth or water
1 can (14.5 oz) of diced tomatoes
2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
½ cup of sour cream
1 can (15 oz) of black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 tablespoons of chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, add your ground beef or turkey. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally, about 5-7 minutes.
Once the meat is browned, sprinkle in the taco seasoning. Stir for about 1-2 minutes.
