4 cups of vegetable broth
3 tablespoons of red curry paste
4 cloves of garlic, minced

2 medium carrots, sliced
4 cups of baby spinach or kale
1 cup of mini dumplings (frozen or homemade)
2 tablespoons of lime juice
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
