Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheet onto a clean, lightly floured surface.
In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg if you choose to use it. Stir until evenly mixed.
