Ingredients

  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

  • Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Let it sit to enhance the flavors.
