2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour

1 ½ cups of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon of salt
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of buttermilk
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons of red food coloring
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
8 oz of cream cheese (for frosting)
2 cups of powdered sugar (for frosting)
½ cup of unsalted butter (for frosting)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
