4 pieces (6 oz each) of salmon fillets
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1, juiced fresh lemon
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
