  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • Wash and dry the butter lettuce leaves gently. Peel and mince the garlic and ginger, and slice the green onions. Prep all the vegetables.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a teaspoon of sesame oil and ground beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and broken apart.
