2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) of butter
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon of salt
2 cups (crushed) of Cadbury Mini Eggs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, allowing the edges to hang over slightly.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
Gently fold in the crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Spread the cookie dough evenly onto the prepared sheet pan.
