4 pieces of chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
1.5 lbs of baby potatoes
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup of olive oil
4 minced garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (to taste)
Instructions
