  • 5 cloves of fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley (chopped)

  • Instructions

  • Start by rinsing the shrimp under cold water and patting them dry with a paper towel. Season the shrimp generously with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  • Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  • Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss everything together. Remove from heat, garnish with extra parsley, and serve hot!
