4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup dry white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc)
1 lemon, zested and juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Bread for garlic bread (e.g., French baguette or ciabatta)
Instructions
Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the linguine or spaghetti and cook according to package instructions, usually 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute. Be cautious not to burn the garlic!
