3 cups of all-purpose flour
2 cups of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
4 large eggs
1 cup of buttermilk
1 cup of vegetable oil
1/3 cup of lemon juice
2 cups of fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 13×18 inch baking sheet with parchment paper or greased cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well blended.
