4–5 dried guajillo chiles
1 chopped jalapeño
5 minced garlic cloves
1 large onion, quartered
4 cups of beef broth
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon of cumin

12 corn tortillas
Chopped onions and cilantro for topping
Instructions
