  • 2 cups beef or chicken broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: sliced jalapeños, sour cream, cilantro, or avocado

  • Instructions

  • Brown the Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef (or turkey) with the diced onion and minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, if necessary.
