1 package (25 oz) of frozen cheese ravioli
2 cups of marinara sauce
15 oz of ricotta cheese
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup of Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
2 cups of spinach (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Mix it well until it’s creamy and smooth.
Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray for easy cleanup. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom, layer half of the frozen ravioli, then half of the ricotta mixture, followed by 1 cup of marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the process, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Cover your slow cooker and set it on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Avoid lifting the lid during cooking. Once done, let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Gently use a spatula to serve by scooping out portions. Pair it with a fresh side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
