1 cup of all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
1 large egg
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour (for streusel)
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (for streusel)
2 tablespoons of cold butter, cubed
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together sugar, egg, pumpkin puree, and vegetable oil until smooth.
