Ingredients
Scale
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons of butter (melted)
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Whipped cream (for decoration)
Fruit (e.g., berries, banana slices) for decoration
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk them together until you achieve an even consistency.
In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and melted butter together. Ensure that the butter cools slightly to avoid cooking the egg.
Pour the wet mixture into the bowl containing the dry ingredients. Stir gently until the mixture comes together, making sure not to overmix.
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or coconut oil.
Using a ladle or cup, pour the batter onto the skillet to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
Once cooked, stack the pancakes to form a snowman using the largest pancake for the base, medium for the midsection, and the smallest for the head. Secure them using a dab of whipped cream or syrup between each layer.
Decorate with chocolate chips for eyes, fruit for a nose, and whipped cream for snow.

A festive and fun pancake recipe perfect for holiday breakfasts, featuring creative presentation and delightful flavors.
