1 cup of milk
1 large banana, sliced
1 cup of strawberries, chopped
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1–2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
½ cup of Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix the rolled oats and your choice of milk. Stir well to ensure the oats are fully coated.
Add in the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Mix thoroughly to combine.
In a mason jar or container, start layering your ingredients. First, add a layer of the oat mixture, followed by a layer of sliced bananas and chopped strawberries. Finish with fruit on top.
