  • Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey or maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Place the cauliflower florets into the bowl with the sauce. Toss them well.
