4 tablespoons melted butter
2 cloves minced garlic

Instructions
Begin by thawing your lobster tails if they are frozen. Once thawed, use kitchen scissors to carefully cut the lobster shells down the center, without cutting all the way through.
In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything together until fully combined.
Generously spoon the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
