  • 2 zucchini, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • Instructions

  • Roast the vegetables in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
