  • Instructions

  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook your pasta according to package instructions. Aim for al dente.
  • While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to burst, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the pasta is cooked and drained, reserve a cup of the pasta water and then add the pasta to the skillet with the tomatoes. Stir gently to combine.
