  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract, then incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Finally, blend in the sour cream until creamy and well-combined.
  • In another bowl, toss the sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
