1/4 cup of soy sauce
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
1/2 cup of water or beef broth

Tenderize the beef by freezing it for 20 minutes, then slice against the grain into thin strips.
Combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch in a bowl. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated beef for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then set aside.
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of sesame oil and stir-fry the broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Return the beef to the skillet with the broccoli, add water or beef broth, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
