1 package of Pizza Dough
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
4 cloves of Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of All-Purpose Flour
1 cup of Milk (whole or almond milk)
1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 cup of Spinach, chopped
1 cup of Bell Peppers, sliced (any color)
1/2 of Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 cup of Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon of Oregano
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
If using store-bought dough, follow the package instructions. For homemade dough, combine flour, water, yeast, and salt in a large bowl, knead until smooth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 to 60 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the flour, ensuring there are no lumps. Gradually whisk in the milk, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Set your oven to 475°F (245°C). A hot oven is critical for achieving a crispy crust.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Pour the creamy white sauce over the dough, spreading it evenly.
