1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium cucumber, diced
1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
1 cup of bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), diced
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta – Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your 2 cups of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down.
