Description

Savor the unique layers of Biscoff and banana in this creamy pudding. A must-try dessert for all sweet treat lovers! Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe, medium-sized bananas
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of crushed Biscoff cookies
  • A pinch of salt

  • Instructions

  • Start by peeling and slicing the bananas into thin rounds. Drizzle a little lemon juice over them to prevent browning.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat while stirring frequently until the mixture thickens, approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • Once thickened, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow the pudding base to cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
  • In a serving dish or individual cups, begin layering. Start with a layer of crushed Biscoff cookies, followed by a layer of banana slices, and then pour some of the pudding mixture over the top. Repeat until reaching the top of the dish, finishing with a layer of pudding.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavors mesh and the pudding set.
  • Before serving, sprinkle additional crushed Biscoff cookies on top for added crunch. Your Biscoff Banana Pudding is now ready to be enjoyed!
  • Notes

Biscoff Banana Pudding offers a delightful twist on traditional pudding recipes, featuring creamy textures and the caramelized flavor of Biscoff cookies melded with ripe bananas.
