4 ripe, medium-sized bananas
2 cups of milk
1 cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ cup of granulated sugar
¼ cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions
Start by peeling and slicing the bananas into thin rounds. Drizzle a little lemon juice over them to prevent browning.
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat while stirring frequently until the mixture thickens, approximately 10-15 minutes.
